The Annual General Meeting is held once a year, it is at this meeting that the Committee members are elected and all major decisions that will effect how the organisation operates are proposed. It is the main forum that all Members are able to put questions directly to the Committe. It is at this meeting that the accounts for the last financial year are presented.
